Job summary

EASTERN HEALTH in Victoria oversees Turning Point's 24/7 Telephone and Online Services. You will lead shift operations, supervise counsellors, and ensure timely, high-quality clinical support across phone and online platforms.

This role requires a health/allied degree, experience in supervision and risk management, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement within a multidisciplinary team. Based in Richmond, with supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a health/allied discipline.
• Experience in clinical supervision and debriefing.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and manage risk in a supervisory role.
• Experience with brief interventions in alcohol, other drugs or gambling.
• Experience evaluating service standards and counselling practice.
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Turning Point's 24/7 Telephone and Online Services.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision and debriefing to counsellors.
• Monitor service delivery, targets and quality standards.
• Lead ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
