Eastern Health through Turning Point – Telephone and Online Services in Melbourne is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations, ensuring prompt, high-quality clinical support across phone and digital channels and supervising a team of counsellors.

You will provide clinical guidance, support counsellors’ professional development, monitor service delivery against targets, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant health and allied discipline.
• Experience in clinical supervision and coordinating service delivery.
• Ability to exercise sound judgement and risk management in a counselling setting in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience delivering brief interventions in the alcohol, other drug and gambling fields or a related discipline.
• Experience evaluating service standards and counselling practice, including reviewing policy and procedure documents.
• Highly developed communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of Turning Point's 24/7 Telephone and Online Services.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision and debriefing to counsellors.
• Monitor service delivery, ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
