DO & CO invites applications for an International Pastry Sous Chef (m/f/d) to conceive and implement high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele. The on-site role includes Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club, delivering exceptional desserts in a luxury hospitality setting in Vienna.

You have completed culinary training with several years as a pastry chef, experience in fine dining or event gastronomy, and a willingness to travel.

Qualificações

• Culinary training completed and several years of pastry chef experience.
• Experience in fine dining, upscale catering or event gastronomy.
• Work permit for Austria and Vienna-based or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement high-quality dessert concepts for an international VIP clientele.
• Work on-site at Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club.
• Ensure strict quality and service standards across events.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams during off-season and race breaks.
• Based in DO & CO fine dining restaurant in Vienna.
