Job summary

DO & CO is seeking an International Sous Chef (m/f/d) to lead the hot kitchen team in Vienna, delivering the highest culinary standards and exceptional dining experiences from day one.

With a focus on Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and Mediterranean influences, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety, and contribute to exciting international events, including Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends in the Paddock Club.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy and completed culinary training.
• Exceptional knowledge of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine.
• Experience with Mediterranean cuisines such as Turkish, Greek, Italian or Spanish.
• Strong team spirit.
• Valid work permit for Austria.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
