Zusammenfassung

Nuki Home Solutions GmbH in Graz is seeking a US Sales Assistant (f/m/d) for a 6-month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week. You will support the US Country Manager with daily sales tasks, data reporting, and onboarding of customers and partners.

You will also help maintain data quality in Salesforce and SAP, learn Metabase, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive the US market.

Qualifikationen

Enrolled in or completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Initial practical experience in sales operations, marketing, or e-commerce.
Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; eager to learn Salesforce, SAP, Metabase.

Aufgaben

Support US Country Manager with daily sales tasks and operational activities for the US market.
Extract basic sales metrics and help prepare reports to track orders and performance.
Onboard new customers and partners and manage communications as needed.
Maintain data quality in Salesforce and SAP and update process documentation.
Monitor US market, research competitors, and support online marketplace operations.
Share updates between Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
