Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or digitalization.
• Experience or training with AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation.

Aufgaben

• Identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities within the B2B sales team.
• Support AI-driven workflows to boost productivity across departments.
• Extract, analyze, and present key sales metrics to guide decision-making for the B2B team.
• Assist with daily sales activities and direct customer or partner contact when needed.
• Serve as a key user for Salesforce and SAP, configuring basic workflows and maintaining data quality.
