Hitachi Energy seeks a proactive Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence across Austria. You will partner with Sales, KAM and Business Units to optimize CRM processes, enable efficient execution, and leverage data-driven insights for growth.

The role demands strong analytical skills, 5+ years in similar functions, and fluency in German and English. The position supports flextime, hybrid work, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a related field (engineering, energy, business) with commercial focus.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Ops, Sales Management or similar analytical role.
• Experience in energy, electrical, industrial, automation or manufacturing sectors preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as business partner to Sales, Key Account Management and Business Units.
• Improve CRM processes and data quality; ensure adoption of tools and alignment with objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy and key metrics; provide actionable insights.
• Support tender management, prequalification activities and customer interactions.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and identify growth opportunities via data and market insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Market Management on commercial initiatives.
