Nuki Home Solutions GmbH in Graz is seeking a US Sales Assistant (f/m/d) for a 6-month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week. You will support the US Country Manager with daily sales tasks, data reporting, and onboarding of customers and partners.

You will also help maintain data quality in Salesforce and SAP, learn Metabase, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive the US market.

As US Sales Assistant (f/m/d), you will support Nuki’s growth across North America. Working directly with our US Country Manager, you will assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, helping keep communication flowing smoothly between our HQ team, Operations, and our US distribution center. If you enjoy organizing details, working with data, and are curious about smart home tech, this is a great chance to learn how international sales operations work behind the scenes. The role is offered at 20 hours per week on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Your Role .

• You support the US Country Manager with executing daily sales tasks and helping drive operational activities for the US market.
• You extract basic sales metrics (using Metabase and SAP) and help prepare reports to track orders and performance.
• You help acquire and onboard new customers and partners and handle partner and customer communications as needed.
• You maintain high data quality in systems like Salesforce and SAP and help update standard process documentation in line with ISO standards.
• You monitor the US market, research competitor activity, and support day-to-day online marketplace operations.
• You forward key updates and information between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to keep everyone aligned.

Job Requirements .

• You are enrolled in or have completed a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• You bring initial practical experience (e.g., through internships or university projects) in sales operations, marketing, or e-commerce.
• You are comfortable with digital tools (like Excel or Google Sheets) and are eager to learn tools like Salesforce, SAP, and Metabase.
• You are responsible, proactive, and resilient with a "can-do" mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on a variety of hands-on tasks.
• You ideally bring first experience with modern AI tools, basic prompt engineering, or workflow automation.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 2,547.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement on a full-time basis, with willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience. This position is based in Graz as a 6-month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week.
