Fluent German and English are expected; you will support in-store experiences, cross-sell across departments, and contribute to a high-standard visual presentation while staying informed about fashion trends.

• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience.
• Develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and stock procedures.
• Contribute to security and prevent theft.
