Randstad Staffing is seeking an Associate Specialist in Talent Management. You will identify skill gaps, conduct talent assessments, and create development plans to enhance workforce capabilities.

You will source talent for short- and long-term roles, network to build a strong pool, and support HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruitment or talent management, strong HR knowledge for contract work, and fluency in English

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, HR administration, or a dual payroll/recruiter function.
• Proven understanding of the HR cycle for contract, temporary, or project-based workforces.
• Strong ability to evaluate candidate skills, identify potential, and map individuals to specialized roles.
• Language proficiency in English and German
• High attention to detail, especially regarding HR compliance, data management, and payroll coordination.

• Identify skill gaps among operational talent and report findings to leadership to optimize talent utilization.
• Conduct thorough talent assessments to identify high-potential professionals for roles.
• Create tailored professional development plans for continuous skill enhancement and career growth.
• Source and match operational talents with short-term, project-based, or long-term opportunities.
• Network with candidates using modern sourcing strategies to maintain a robust talent pool.
• Support HR lifecycle for long-term assignments, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to clients for workforce optimization.
• Assist with time-tracking, compliance, and payroll data preparation for contract workers.
