Mercor is seeking an HR Expert to design sophisticated HR scenarios spanning talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design. This role targets hands-on ownership of large-organizational HR programs and policy development.

Remote work is offered, with requirements to apply employment law knowledge for US and international standards, and to leverage HRIS/ATS and benchmarking tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Radford, and Mercer.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as an HR leader or CHRO at a major company or HR firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations, or compensation design.
• Fluent with HR tooling and employment-law compliance.

Aufgaben

• Construct HR scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design.
• Build tasks across recruiting, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, employment law, and organizational development.
• Develop scenarios involving tools such as HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer) used at large organizations.
• Apply HR methodologies like workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation to US (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, state law) and International standards (Employment Rights Act, EU labor directives).
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-exam-level recall.
