Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to drive R&D hiring strategy across EMEA with a focus on the German-speaking market.

You will build deep networks, source proactively, and partner with leaders to create sustainable talent pipelines for critical roles in a dynamic energy environment. The role requires 5–7 years of recruiting technical talent, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in an international, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruiting technical and engineering talent.
• Experience in energy, electrical engineering, industrial services, automation, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficient in proactive sourcing and talent mapping for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in international, matrixed organizations.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D profiles and strategic engineering/operational roles.
• Translate complex technical requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
• Drive proactive sourcing and provide talent market insights across energy/industrial sectors.
• Partner with business leaders to plan workforce needs and build sustainable pipelines.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at career events and industry forums to strengthen employer brand.
