Lam Research in Austria is seeking a Talent Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, coordinating candidate visits, supporting recruiting processes, and handling administrative tasks to create a seamless candidate experience.

The role involves scheduling interviews, managing travel arrangements, supporting hiring managers, and assisting with HR systems and events, within a hybrid work model in Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education (Bachelor or HAK, or equivalent).
• Experience in administration, recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate candidate visits and onsite interviews, including travel and logistics.
• Provide administrative support to Hiring Managers during requisition creation and workforce planning.
• Support recruitment activities and ensure accurate, timely execution with stakeholders.
• Assist in events, fairs, and day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations.
