Futurae Technologies AG is expanding its Alliances & Partnerships team to accelerate revenue growth through strategic partnerships in the Financial Services Technology landscape. You will own a defined portfolio, drive revenue through structured execution, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineers in a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of partnership management or business development experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong domain expertise or deep interest in IAM, Cybersecurity, or FinTech.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills; German, French, or Italian is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with proven experience working cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Actively identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with our overall go-to-market and sales strategy.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Own partner onboarding, enablement, and knowledge transfer.
• Design and execute scalable partner programs (training, marketing initiatives, etc.).
• Track and report partner performance using defined KPIs (pipeline, revenue, engagement).
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners for alignment and proactive issues resolution.
• Foster close collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing).
