Looom GmbH is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager to expand our market in the DACH region. You will identify potential, engage decision-makers, and guide clients from first contact to close, while coordinating with engineering and project management on quotes.

Requirements include B2B sales experience, technical aptitude, and a proactive, persuasive mindset. Travel within the DACH region and fluency in German are expected; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally with solutions that need explaining.
• Technical affinity and a quick grasp of customer needs.
• Persuasiveness, initiative and closing strength.
• Willingness to travel in the DACH region (category B driving licence).
• Excellent German, English an advantage.

• Identifying potential in industry, construction and the public sector
• Advising at decision-maker level on digitization and the digital twin
• Preparing quotes in coordination with engineering and project management
