Job summary

fonio is looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead our partnerships strategy in Vienna or Barcelona. You will own revenue targets across channel and strategic partners and lead a team to drive activation and growth across Europe and beyond.

You’ll work hands-on with partners, run calls, close deals, and shape a scalable program. English is essential; German or Spanish is a plus, and travel to Vienna and partner events is expected.

Qualifications

• Led partnerships or channel teams in a SaaS company.
• Sales-minded with a track record in partner activation as revenue.
• Experience across multiple markets, including US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnerships strategy and revenue targets across channel and strategic partners.
• Design and scale the partner program: partner types, incentives, onboarding and enablement.
• Build a repeatable playbook from first conversation to first joint deal closed.
• Adapt the model by market across DACH, Southern Europe, UK and the US.
• Lead and grow the partnerships team with clear priorities, coaching and hiring.
• Own numbers: partner-sourced revenue, partners activated, time to first deal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product on co‑selling, co‑marketing and integrations.
