Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of the Enterprise Risk Suite across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Technology and Transformation to position FIS as a long-term risk transformation partner.

In this hybrid role, you’ll lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through contract, develop territory strategy for the DACH region, and build compelling ROI cases that emphasize risk reduction and cost

Qualifications

Proven enterprise software sales experience within risk, regulatory tech, analytics or financial services tech.
Strong understanding of financial risk, risk modelling, regulatory frameworks or enterprise risk practices.
Experience selling high‑value solutions to banks, capital markets or insurers.
Experience managing long, consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
Ability to engage and influence CRO, CFO, Risk and Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales engagements from discovery to contract.
Develop and implement a territory strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Identify institutions undergoing regulatory change or risk transformation.
Build compelling business cases showing ROI and cost/risk reduction.
Engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Technology and Transformation.
Collaborate with Product, Pre‑Sales and Delivery to scope solutions.
