Zusammenfassung

Shift4 is seeking a Solution Specialist Payments based in Austria to represent Global Blue by Shift4 in your territory. You’ll build long-term partnerships with local merchants, help them modernise their payment infrastructure, and grow your own portfolio of clients.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education (minimum requirement).
• Proven outside/field sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence using laptops, smartphones, and digital tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
• Languages: Fluent German and English.

• Present payment terminals and services in face-to-face meetings.
• Close new deals and onboard merchants onto our platform.
• Support existing clients with additional services (hardware, software, professional services).
• Act as a trusted partner by understanding merchants’ needs and challenges.
• Clearly communicate the value of end-to-end payment solutions.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Understand merchant statements and tailor the best commercial solution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with your manager and internal teams.
• Continuously build product and market knowledge.

As a Solution Specialist Payments, you will be the face of Global Blue by Shift4 in your territory. You’ll build long-term partnerships with local merchants, help them modernise their payment infrastructure, and grow your own portfolio of clients.

• Present Global Blue by Shift4’s payment terminals and services in face-to-face meetings
• Close new deals and onboard merchants onto our platform
• Support existing clients with additional services (hardware, software, professional services)
• Act as a trusted partner by understanding merchants’ needs and challenges
