Shift4 is seeking a Solution Specialist Payments based in Austria to represent Global Blue by Shift4 in your territory. You will build long-term partnerships with local merchants, help them modernise their payment infrastructure, and grow your own portfolio of clients.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education (minimum requirement).
• Proven outside/field sales experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within your territory.
• Languages: Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach new merchants in your territory.
• Present Shift4/Global Blue payment terminals and services in face-to-face meetings.
• Close new deals and onboard merchants onto our platform.
• Support existing clients with additional services (hardware, software, professional services).
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with your manager and internal teams.
• Continuously build product and market knowledge.
