Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a Solution Specialist Payments in Austria, based in Salzburg. You will build long‑term partnerships with local merchants, onboard them onto our platform, and grow your portfolio through face‑to‑face meetings and deep product knowledge.

You’ll manage CRM records, target monthly sales, and travel within Austria to expand the territory. Fluency in German and English is required, with a valid driver’s license and a hunter mentality.

Qualifikationen

• Completed secondary education (minimum requirement).
• Proven outside/field sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in payments or tech services is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach new merchants in your territory (Austria).
• Present Global Blue by Shift4’s payment terminals and services in face‑to‑face meetings.
• Close new deals and onboard merchants onto our platform.
• Support existing clients with additional services (hardware, software, professional services).
• Communicate the value of end‑to‑end payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
• Travel within your territory to meet clients.
