T-Systems Austria, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant/Developer to translate customer requirements into powerful ServiceNow solutions. You will work within a strong team delivering projects from concept to go-live.
Requirements include several years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITIL knowledge, JS/Glide API/Flow Designer expertise, and German/English fluency. Travel within the DACH region is expected.

As ServiceNow's Elite Partner, our range of services includes consulting, implementation and application & operations management. In addition, we can also offer our customers ServiceNow from our Sovereign Cloud.
As a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant/Developer (m/f/d), you will independently translate the requirements of our customers into powerful ServiceNow solutions. You translate technical and procedural requirements into specific technical implementations, and master the balance between customer requirements and platform standard (out-of-the-box). As part of a strong team, you deliver projects from concept to go-live.
You have a degree in an IT environment or a comparable qualification and have already successfully implemented several ServiceNow projects.

For legal reasons, we provide information about the minimum annual salary of €64,554 gross on a full‑time basis under the collective agreement. The final salary is, of course, based on your individual experience.
