Zusammenfassung

T-Systems Austria, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, is seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Consultant/Developer to translate customer requirements into powerful ServiceNow solutions. You will work within a strong team delivering projects from concept to go-live.

Requirements include several years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITIL knowledge, JS/Glide API/Flow Designer expertise, and German/English fluency. Travel within the DACH region is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of practical experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Profound knowledge of ITIL processes and mapping in ServiceNow.
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow core components (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, integrations).
• ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for customer discussions at technical level.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Experience with agile or scrum methods.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Configure, customize and implement ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/CSM/ITOM) across the project lifecycle.
• Implement ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB) in ServiceNow.
• Analyze customer requirements and derive feasible technical solutions.
• Test, fault analysis and quality assurance of implemented solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and specialists to clarify requirements and present solutions.
