ams OSRAM is seeking a senior engineer to develop, qualify, release and maintain PDKs for Cadence and Synopsys in analog and mixed-signal technologies. You will advance PDK methodologies and collaborate with foundry and EDA teams to enable new processes and tool flows.

You will drive automation using Python, Tcl and Linux, define release strategies, and mentor global teams while contributing to long-term design enablement methodologies.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or related discipline.
• Extensive experience (>6 years) in PDK development, CAD engineering or design enablement.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor processes, device behavior and custom IC design flows.
• Experience with foundries, technology development teams and EDA vendors.
• Strong programming and automation skills in Python, Tcl and Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience applying AI/ML/LLM to engineering automation is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication; German is a plus.
