AMS-OSRAM in Austria is seeking a CMOS process development engineer with 2–5 years of experience to contribute to technology transfer, development, and ramp-up of CMOS process modules. You will work closely with process integration, equipment engineering, quality, and R&D teams to optimize wafer fabrication processes and solve complex issues.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, understanding of CMOS fabrication, and strong English communication in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

Profile description:

• Successfully completed studies in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Several years of experience (~ 2-5 years) in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field
• Understanding of CMOS process flows, device basics, and fabrication methods (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, metrology)
• Data-driven mindset with exposure to engineering and analysis tools
• Initial experience in coordinating or contributing to technical projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in international teams
• Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
• Fluency in English
