Job summary

ams OSRAM in Austria is seeking a Process Integration Representative for CMOS/TSV processes at wafer level. You will supervise manufacturing, coordinate with process engineering, R&D, QA, and other departments to ensure robust process deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Process integration representative for CMOS or TSV process on wafer level.
• Supervise & monitor manufacturing of the process technology in collaboration with process engineering, R&D and QA.
• Maintain process deliveries (e.g. FMEA, PCP) and lead cross-functional discussions.
• Optimize processes and solve process problems with multiple departments (Test, Product Engineering, Design, QA).
• Evaluate and implement process simplifications to lower manufacturing costs and increase robustness.
• Transfer new technologies from R&D into production.
• Take PI responsibility at customer audits and report data to key customers.
• Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve yield.
