Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a Program Manager to lead global OSQ programs, drive efficiency in Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, and shape project goals with KPI tracking. You will prepare presentations for Senior Management and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a technical university degree, at least 5 years in Project Management in semiconductor operations, experience with Lean, Six Sigma or Hoshin Kanri, and strong English and German skills.

Qualifications

• Technical university degree completed.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations.
• Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presenting them to Senior Management.
• Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems.
• Good interpersonal skills combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global Teams.
• Proficiency in English and very good German.
