Job summary

Anton Paar GmbH, located in Austria, seeks an experienced Quality Management professional to strengthen group-wide quality processes. You will apply quality methodologies, conduct internal audits, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role requires leadership in non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and monitoring systems, with excellent German and English communication and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (university degree, college, or equivalent technical qualification).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably with a focus on risk management.
• Sound knowledge of quality methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, APQP, and Risk Management.
• Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor according to ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV or equivalent).
• Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
