At its modern facility in the greater Villach area, we develop and manufacture highly specialized products that set global standards. To strengthen our international quality team, we are seeking a motivated, articulate individual for an entry-level position or a first career change.

Your Responsibilities - Learn, Analyse & Communicate Internationally

• In this central role, you will be onboarded step by step into quality and complaint management, taking responsibility for the seamless processing of international customer requests.
• Thorough Complaint Management: Register, record, and conduct initial evaluations of product complaints from around the world in English.
• Root Cause Analysis Support: Collaborate with experienced colleagues in R&D, Production, and Quality to get to the bottom of technical root causes (using methods like 5-Why or Fishbone).
• International Interface & Documentation: Maintain complete complaint files in English, monitor deadlines, and draft objective investigation reports for global customers and partners.
• Insight into Regulatory Standards: Learn the requirements of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485) and support the preparation of quality reports.

Your Profile - Superior English Meets Precision

• Language Skills (Must-Have): Excellent to business-fluent written and spoken English (at least C1 level). You are comfortable communicating in English daily (Note: The initial interview will be conducted in English).
• Education: Completed technical or commercial-technical education (HTL, vocational school, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent-e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, International Business).
• Experience: Initial practical experience through internships or early career roles in technical support, customer service, or quality assurance is an advantage-enthusiastic career starters are very welcome!
• Mindset: Strong attention to detail, logical-analytical thinking, perseverance, and a highly structured approach to work.
• Additional Skills: German skills are an advantage; Italian is a nice plus. Strong MS Office skills and an interest in working with modern software systems.
