Anton Paar sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Qualitätsmanagement, die Methoden anwendet und nachhaltige Verbesserungen implementiert. Sie arbeiten eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden, Planung interner Audits und die Optimierung von Prozessen zur Kostenreduktion der Qualitätsleistung, unterstützt durch analytische Analysen und strukturierte Problemlösung.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossen technische Ausbildung (Universität, Hochschule oder äquivalente Qualifikation).
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Risikomanagement.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmethoden wie Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, APQP und Risikomanagement.
• Zertifizierung als Interner Qualitätsauditor gemäß ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV oder gleichwertig).
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.

Responsabilités

• Weitere Entwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden, Standards und Best Practices.
• Planung und Durchführung von internen Audits.
• Verbesserung des internen Non-Conformance-Managements und verwandter Prozesse.
• Analyse von Produktqualität, KPIs und Cost of Poor Quality sowie Ableitung gezielter Maßnahmen.
• Unterstützung bei strukturierten Ursachenanalysen komplexer Qualitätsprobleme.
• Weiterentwicklung von Produktqualitätsüberwachungsprozessen und -systemen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit übergreifenden Abteilungen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften.

To further strengthen our Group-wide Quality Management, we are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively apply quality methodologies, drive structured problem-solving, and implement sustainable improvements in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

• Further develop and establish appropriate quality methods, standards, and best practices
• Plan and conduct internal audits
• Enhance internal non-conformance management and related processes
• Analyze product quality, quality KPIs, and cost of poor quality, and derive targeted improvement actions
• Facilitate structured root cause analyses for complex quality issues
• Further develop product quality monitoring processes and systems
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments and international subsidiaries

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (university degree, college, or equivalent technical qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably with a focus on risk management
• Sound knowledge of relevant quality methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, APQP, and Risk Management
• Certification as an Internal Quality Auditor according to ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV or equivalent)
• Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a passion for cross‑functional collaboration
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.000 (based on full‑time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
