Job summary

Anton Paar GmbH in Graz, Austria, seeks a technically skilled QA professional to ensure the quality of electronic and electromechanical purchased components and to conduct structured root-cause analyses.

You will perform incoming goods inspections, evaluate deviations, document results in SAP, and collaborate with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and suppliers to continuously improve inspection plans and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection and/or quality assurance of electronic components.
• Good knowledge of electronic components and assemblies, with experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment.
• Structured, accurate, and independent working style with a strong quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming goods inspections and quality checks on electronic and electromechanical purchased parts, components, and assemblies

• Analyze and evaluate quality deviations and component defects and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Document inspection results, non-conformities, and supplier complaints, and maintain quality-related data in SAP
• Support the creation and continuous improvement of inspection plans, test methods, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and suppliers on quality-related topics
