Qualifications

• Background in Customer Service, Order Management, or related field.
• Strong experience in customer-facing operations and order processing.
• Experience with project coordination or informal leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer service-related topics for assigned customers.
• Manage customer orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations throughout the order-to-cash process.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data, including customer, material, and pricing information.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to provide timely customer support.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.
• Provide relevant customer and operational insights to support customer meetings and business decisions.
