Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing operations and order management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
• Project coordination or informal leadership responsibilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate customer service topics for assigned customers.
• Manage orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations in the order-to-cash process.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data (customer, material, pricing).
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to provide timely support.
• Analyze processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer cases needing cross-functional coordination.
• Provide customer and operational insights for meetings and decisions.
