AT&S in Leoben, Austria, seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative Order Management to coordinate customer service and order handling for assigned customers, ensuring an efficient order-to-cash process. You will be the interface between customers, sales and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely communication and execution.

The role requires strong experience in customer-facing operations, SAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Background in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Coordination.
• Experience in customer-facing operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project coordination or process-improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP; MS Office skills.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate customer service topics for assigned customers.
• Manage orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations in the order-to-cash process.
• Maintain SAP master data including customer, material, and pricing information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to provide timely support.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Provide insights to support customer meetings and business decisions.
