Zusammenfassung

n8n is a remote-first, open workflow orchestration platform seeking a Senior Engineer for the Growth team. You will ideate, build and iterate on product experiences that convert users into long-term customers, owning high‑impact parts of the cloud journey from signup to onboarding and billing.

You’ll work closely with product, design, data and marketing to accelerate self‑serve growth, ship experiments and drive activation, retention and revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
• Own growth metrics: activation, retention, or revenue on a growth/PLG SaaS team.
• Shipped experiments from hypothesis to ship/kill decision.
• Product‑mindset: ship without a PM and make the right calls.
• Data fluency: query data yourself and make data-driven decisions.

Aufgaben

• Ship high‑impact experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.
• Drive measurable business outcomes and track performance of growth initiatives.
• Scale growth systems (in‑app messaging, billing, email orchestration).
• Own signup, onboarding, and admin dashboard flows for a smooth user experience.
