Qualifikationen

• Staff-level architectural ownership demonstrated across multiple systems or teams
• Deep systems thinking about invariants, correctness, and trade-offs
• Design of highly configurable, scalable systems serving multiple use cases
• Experience with distributed systems: asynchronous processing, idempotency, state machines, queues
• Expertise in data architecture for scalable persistence and operational reliability
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js backend background beyond CRUD
• Influence through RFCs, design reviews, and mentorship at scale
• Commitment to platform contracts, abstractions, and developer experience
• Preference for modularization, migrations, and evolving architectures over time

• Lead architectural decisions across Core Platform teams and align multiple stakeholders
• Design adaptable backend foundations supporting diverse workloads and deployment models
• Collaborate with FE platform workstream on core canvas, real-time communication, and platform primitives
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and pairing to raise architectural quality
• Define stable platform interfaces to reduce coupling and enable safe migrations
• Drive long-horizon engineering with a focus on modularization and evolving systems
