Zusammenfassung

n8n is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Core Platform strategy and roadmap. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to drive direction, prioritise foundational investments, and steer technically complex initiatives that scale across self-hosted and cloud deployments.

You will lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Support to ensure platform trade-offs are clear and customer value is maximised.

Qualifikationen

• Platform product experience: 5+ years in product, with 2–3 years on platform/infrastructure/backend/API products.
• Credible with senior engineers and architectures; comfortable with non-functional requirements.
• Proven delivery of cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk.
• Ability to make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational work to outcomes.
• Strong ownership: proactive problem solving and driving outcomes.
• Exceptional communication: explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with running software in customer-controlled environments (self-hosted, air-gapped).

• Define and communicate Core Platform strategy and roadmap with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Prioritize foundational investments based on impact, risk, and engineering effort; balance near-term needs and long-term architecture.
• Lead product discovery for complex problems with enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Drive scalability, reliability, and execution of the platform execution engine.
• Plan major releases, set success measures, and align with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.
