Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine. You will be the second builder on the engine, working with our lead architect to design and implement agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and system integrations powering growth across paid media, lifecycle messaging, and organic channels.

You will ship high-quality workflows, iterate from specs, and collaborate with domain experts to ensure scalable, observable, and maintainable growth infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or workflow automation tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations—REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale.
• Experience with LLM APIs—prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship AI-native growth workflows from spec to production.
• Develop agent orchestration workflows across paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and other growth levers.
• Ensure integration reliability and robust error handling as tools evolve.
• Document workflows clearly so domain specialists can tune and improve them without ongoing involvement.
