Job summary

ecosio is hiring a Senior Account Manager DACH (f/m/d) to drive revenue and cultivate strategic relationships across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. You will manage a growing portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, identify up-selling opportunities, and relay customer feedback to shape our products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• German language skills on a native/C2 level, fluent English.
• Experience with a portfolio of existing customers.
• Experience with cross- and up-selling.
• Nice to have: experience selling EDI / e-invoicing / ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue value for the company by achieving revenue targets.
• Strategically develop existing customers by building long-term relationships and identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients and maximise value from ecosio's solution.
• Listen to customer feedback and communicate needs to product and services teams.
• Execute sales campaigns in close cooperation with marketing & business development.
