waterdrop® is seeking a CRO Manager to own conversion rate and funnel targets across channels and markets, focusing on new customer acquisition. You will monitor performance, identify drops, and optimize during key campaigns like Black Friday.

You will build landing pages for paid and organic campaigns, own the funnel end to end from ad click to checkout, collaborate with paid media, and run A/B testing with robust reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CRO experience in growth or performance-focused e-commerce.
• Measurable impact with funnel performance improvements from testing roadmaps you owned.
• Hands-on experience with Kameleoon or comparable A/B testing tool.
• Experience working with Shopify and building landing pages yourself.
• Strong grasp of GA4, heatmaps and session replay tools.
• Commercially minded, aligning tests with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Fluency in English.

• Own A/B and multivariate testing from roadmap to execution and reporting.

• Conduct competitor research and turn learnings into opportunities for the team.
