waterdrop® is seeking a CRO Manager to own conversion rate and funnel targets across channels and markets, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition. You’ll monitor performance, identify drops and partner with market owners to implement solutions during campaigns such as Black Friday.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable CRO role in growth or performance-focused e-commerce, ideally in a DTC environment.
• Measurable business impact with testing roadmaps owned.
• Hands-on experience with Kameleoon or a comparable A/B testing tool.
• Experience with Shopify and building landing pages yourself.
• Strong grasp of GA4, heatmaps and session replay tools and reading funnel data.
• Commercially minded and aligned with brand guidelines and business goals across tests and pages.
• Enjoys cross-functional collaboration.

• Own conversion rate and funnel targets across channels and markets, with focus on new customer acquisition.
• Monitor performance, identify drops/issues, collaborate with market owners for causes and solutions, including daily monitoring during campaigns like Black Friday.
• Build landing pages hands-on for paid and organic campaigns and own the new customer funnel from ad click to checkout.
• Partner with paid media team to align ad creative, offers and landing page messaging.
• Own A/B and multivariate testing from roadmap to execution, documentation and reporting.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative insights to understand user behavior, pain points and motivations.
• Conduct competitor research and translate learnings into opportunities for the team.
