Zusammenfassung

waterdrop® is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to own a defined market and drive daily operations from our Vienna HQ. You will manage performance targets, analyze sales data, and steer product launches and marketing campaigns to achieve growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across teams, monitor trends, and optimize the online experience with Shopify and analytics tools, ensuring accurate product information and stock levels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, consumer goods, lifestyle, health & wellness, or similar industries is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must. German, French or another European language is a strong plus.
• Analytically driven, with working knowledge of analytic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and fast-paced in a dynamic environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce innovations, tools and technologies.
• Experience with Shopify strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of the assigned e-commerce market and drive daily operations.
• Own performance targets and drive initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales data; identify trends and opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
• Conduct regular site checks and coordinate with teams to resolve technical issues.
• Flag stock issues and keep product information accurate.
• Spot conversion opportunities and work with CRO Manager to test improvements.
• Lead and contribute to projects that grow sales and streamline operations.
