Zusammenfassung

waterdrop® is seeking a Paid Social Manager (f/m/d) to drive global customer acquisition through performance-focused campaigns. You will manage end-to-end campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and more, optimizing performance and delivering measurable impact for the business.

You will plan, set up, and manage campaigns across multiple global markets, ensuring they run smoothly and meet business goals. English fluency is required, German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Business Informatics or related field.
• 3+ years of performance-focused Paid Social media buying across global markets.
• Proficient with Ads Managers (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and campaign analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Fast learner with strong prioritization, problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Aufgaben

• Plan, set up and manage paid social campaigns across multiple global markets.
• Analyze performance data (CAC, AROAS, CLTV) to optimize ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing for high-performing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment across departments.
• Communicate complex performance insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging tools to elevate performance.
• Own significant monthly budgets across markets with control and accuracy.
• Identify new growth opportunities and test bold ideas.
