Zusammenfassung

waterdrop® is seeking a Team Lead E-Commerce (f/m/d) to drive our online store strategy across markets from our Vienna HQ. You will own revenue, conversion and AOV, lead a growing team, and translate global priorities into local execution.

You’ll shape performance through data, content and campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and maintain an emphasis on ownership and fast iteration. English fluency required; German skills a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience driving online sales across multiple markets.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Hands-on with Shopify and web analytics tools.
• Commercial mindset with KPI ownership (revenue, conversion, AOV).
• Strong project and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; German or other European languages a plus.
