Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will apply UX/UI principles to deliver conversion-focused experiences. Fluency in English and 3–5 years of CRO experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in conversion rate optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools (VWO, Google Optimize, etc.).
• Fluency in English; ability to work with global teams.

Aufgaben

• Conversion Rate Optimization: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests on website elements.
• Test Execution & Analysis: Use CRO tools to run tests, analyze results, and identify improvements.
• UX/UI Optimization: Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience and conversion journeys.
• Reporting & Communication: Present test results and insights to stakeholders clearly.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with CRO trends and best practices.
