Waterdrop Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to own the daily operations of our Vienna market. You will drive sales, monitor performance metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and product launches.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and ongoing improvements to the customer journey. English fluency is essential, with German/French a plus, and familiarity with Shopify is strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or consumer goods is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must; German/French a strong plus.

• Own daily e-commerce operations for the assigned market.
• Own performance targets and drive initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Track, analyze and report on sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Conduct site checks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Flag stock issues and maintain accurate product information.
• Collaborate with CRO Manager to test and roll out funnel improvements.
• Lead projects to grow sales and improve customer experience.
