Lam Research in Villach seeks a Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) to define strategies for market penetration and to defend key accounts. This role requires deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, acting as the voice of the customer for the Clean Product Line.

You will travel internationally for Customer Technical Review Meetings, drive alignment on market priorities, organize product demonstrations, and relay feedback to engineering and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering or related technical field required.
• Experience as a process engineer in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment company preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German) advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Define strategies and tactics for market penetrations and defenses for assigned accounts.
• Lead customer technical review meetings and understand customer technology roadmaps.
• Organize product demonstrations and presentations of Lam Research technologies.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.
• Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while collaborating with engineering, product management and sales operations.
