Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment; process engineer experience preferred.
• English communication required; proficiency in German/Chinese/Korean/Japanese advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

• Attend TRMs offsite to update customers on Lam clean tech developments and roadmaps.

KAT plays a pivotal role in both nurturing customer relationships and serving as the voice of the customer for the Clean Product Line. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, as well as a passion for helping define the product lines business strategies.

This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, as well as a passion for helping define the product lines business strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Technical Review Meetings (TRMs): Travel to customer locations to provide updates on Lam clean technology developments and to better understand the customer’s technology roadmap and clean specific challenges.
• Market Strategy: Define market strategies and drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
• Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to show case the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
• Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the clean single point of contact for account teams while serving as the voice of the customer while working with product line teams such as engineering, product management, business development and sales operations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree in engineering or related technical field is required. An additional MBA or other advanced business degree considered a strong advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with a bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience with a master’s or PhD degree.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience working as a process engineer at either a semiconductor manufacturer or semiconductor equipment company preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally, strong communication skills in either Chinese, Korean, Japanese or German considered a strong advantage.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%. KAT typically travels internationally for 1-2 weeks approximately every 6-8 weeks.

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
