Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in engineering or related technical field is required; MBA is a strong advantage.
• 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience with a bachelor’s degree; 5+ years with a master’s/PhD.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment; process engineer experience preferred.
• English communication required; proficiency in German/Chinese/Korean/Japanese advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Attend TRMs offsite to update customers on Lam clean tech developments and roadmaps.
• Define market strategies and align account teams with clean product line priorities.
• Organize product demonstrations to showcase Lam technologies.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
• Provide training resources to customers and account teams on Lam technologies.
• Serve as the single point of contact between account teams and engineering/product teams.
