Zusammenfassung

Lam Research is seeking a Quality Engineer (Non-R&D) to support the performance and continuous improvement of product quality across the lifecycle of our Clean Product Line in Villach, Austria.

You will collaborate with development, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and prevent quality escapes, while mentoring Quality Case Owners and contributing to a global quality network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience with quality methods (8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA).
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or related field is a plus.
• Fluent English; German beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support performance and continuous improvement of product quality throughout lifecycle.
• Investigate and eliminate non-conformances from installed base.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field quality, and regional teams to drive quality excellence.
• Mentor Quality Case Owners and guide improvement activities.
