Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Austria is seeking a Seasonal Store Support (Part Time, m/f/d) to assist the store team during the Christmas and New Year period. The role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through their visit, and supporting the sales team with various in-store tasks to uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.

The ideal candidate is multilingual (English and German), highly proactive, comfortable with IT tools, and available part-time including some Saturdays for the entire contract period.

Seasonal Store Support Part Time (m/f/d)

As seasonal support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period.

In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to facilitate and elevate the client’s journey through the store by animating the in-store welcome and waiting time, effectively determining the client’s needs and offering assistance with directions or information, offering drinks and maintaining displays as well as a strong store appearance and tidiness in general. You will support the sales team with gift wrapping, product search or by being a “runner” between shop floor and stock rooms in case of need, for instance during or after client appointments.

You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.

• Welcoming clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitors
• Effectively determining client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the store
• Supporting the management team on duty in effectively managing and animating waiting time and client flow by using digital wait list tools and ensuring smooth client communication
• Serving drinks to clients
• Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the day
• Wrapping, running and packaging assistance to the sales team
• Collaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards

You must be at ease with multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools.
• Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as are fluent English and German. Any additional relevant languages are a plus.
• You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen.
• The ideal candidate must be available part time, including some Saturdays. Please only apply if this working pattern is feasible for you for the entire duration of the contract, including the Christmas and New Years week, excluding any public holidays where the store is closed.

Additional information

The salary for this position is at least €31.514 gross annually (based on a full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a higher overpayment is possible. In addition, we offer a range of attractive benefits:
